We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your reserved time slot with another client.
   • Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

1. Missed Appointments:
   
   • Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time and to ensure that we can accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
   • Time is reserved specifically for you during your appointment. If you do not provide adequate notice of cancellation, we are unable to fill your spot, which impacts our ability to serve other clients effectively.

   • Our therapists typically schedule 4-5 appointments per day to maintain their health and prevent injury. Missed appointments not only affect our ability to provide quality care to other clients but also have a significant financial impact on our therapists.
   • Each missed appointment represents lost income for our therapists, who rely on a consistent schedule to support themselves and provide the highest level of service to our clients.
